Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform chip level diagnosis and repair on mobile phones
- Replace IC components (Power IC, CPU, RAM, eMMC)
- BGA rework and re-balling
- Micro soldering and SMD component replacement
- Motherboard level fault finding and short circuit repair
- Operate hot air station, BGA rework station and microscope
- Guide and support junior technicians (L1/L2/L3)
- Maintain repair quality and TAT (Turnaround Time)
