Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair smartphones (Android & iOS) at hardware and software level
  • Perform chip-level repairs including motherboard and IC replacement
  • Handle soldering and micro-soldering tasks
  • Repair issues related to display, battery, charging, network, and water damage
  • Perform software tasks like flashing, unlocking, and OS installation
  • Conduct QC testing and grading (A/B/C) of refurbished devices
  • Ensure proper assembly and final inspection before dispatch
  • Maintain repair records and ensure minimum TAT (turnaround time)
  • Assist junior technicians and maintain quality standards
