Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair smartphones (Android & iOS) at hardware and software level
- Perform chip-level repairs including motherboard and IC replacement
- Handle soldering and micro-soldering tasks
- Repair issues related to display, battery, charging, network, and water damage
- Perform software tasks like flashing, unlocking, and OS installation
- Conduct QC testing and grading (A/B/C) of refurbished devices
- Ensure proper assembly and final inspection before dispatch
- Maintain repair records and ensure minimum TAT (turnaround time)
- Assist junior technicians and maintain quality standards
