Job Description
Job Title: Baby CareGiver
Location: Noida
- MEDSCoders Private Limited is hiring caregivers to take care of babies and toddlers in a safe and caring manner.
- The caregiver will assist parents with feeding, diaper changing, and basic baby care routines.
- The caregiver must always keep the baby clean, comfortable, and under proper supervision.
- Helping the baby sleep, play, and follow the routine provided by parents will be part of the job.
- The caregiver must maintain hygiene and cleanliness around the baby and the baby’s belongings.
- The caregiver must never leave the baby unattended and must behave politely with the family.
- The caregiver must follow all safety and child protection rules set by MEDSCoders Private Limited.
- Every selected candidate must complete a 15-day caregiver training program before starting full employment.
- During the training period, ₹450 per day will be provided as training allowance and no full salary will be paid.
- After successfully completing the 15-day training, a Caregiver Training Certificate will be issued by MEDSCoders Private Limited, and the caregiver will become eligible for full salary and deployment.
