Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for non-IT roles
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events
