जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन – ऑफिस बॉय / चपरासी📍 स्थान: Sunshine by Lissun – Child Development Center

भूमिका के बारे मेंSunshine by Lissun अपने सेंटर के सुचारु संचालन के लिए एक ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार और मेहनती ऑफिस बॉय / चपरासी की तलाश में है। इस भूमिका में आपको सेंटर की साफ-सफाई, ऑफिस सपोर्ट और दैनिक कार्यों में टीम की सहायता करनी होगी।

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँसेंटर, रिसेप्शन, थेरेपी रूम, ऑफिस, पैंट्री और कॉमन एरिया की साफ-सफाई एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।
  • स्टाफ, क्लाइंट्स और विजिटर्स को चाय, कॉफी एवं पानी सर्व करना।
  • ऑफिस से जुड़े छोटे-मोटे कार्य जैसे फोटोकॉपी, फाइलिंग, कुरियर भेजना/लाना एवं आवश्यक सामान लाना।
  • ऑफिस और पैंट्री का आवश्यक सामान समय पर उपलब्ध कराना।
  • मीटिंग या अन्य ऑफिस गतिविधियों की तैयारी में सहायता करना।
  • सेंटर मैनेजर एवं टीम के दैनिक कार्यों में सहयोग करना।
  • किसी भी मेंटेनेंस या रिपेयर संबंधी समस्या की जानकारी समय पर देना।
  • योग्यतान्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं या 12वीं पास।
  • ऑफिस बॉय, चपरासी, हाउसकीपिंग या ऑफिस असिस्टेंट के रूप में 0–2 वर्ष का अनुभव (फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं)।
  • आवश्यक गुणईमानदार, समय के पाबंद और जिम्मेदार।
  • मेहनती एवं शारीरिक रूप से कार्य करने के लिए सक्षम।
  • साफ-सुथरा व्यक्तित्व और अच्छे व्यवहार वाले।
  • टीम के साथ मिलकर कार्य करने की क्षमता।
  • दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करने और जिम्मेदारी से कार्य पूरा करने की आदत।
