Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operational activities and coordination
  • Monitor and manage ongoing projects and operational tasks
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
  • Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
  • Track project status and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Communicate with clients and vendors regarding operational updates
  • Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Manage data entry, MIS reports, and follow-ups
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
