Operations Executive — E‑commerce & Operations

We are a growing e‑commerce business seeking a proactive Operations Executive to own day‑to‑day operations across order management, inventory, logistics and admin systems. This role is ideal for an organized, hands‑on professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to improve processes end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end order management: receive, process, dispatch and track orders until delivery.

• Manage returns, replacements and refunds, and resolve customer issues professionally.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock reconciliations.

• Update products, stock and operational records in Zoho or Tally Prime.

• Generate daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and dashboards.

• Coordinate with courier partners, vendors, warehouse, sales and accounts teams.

• Manage email communications with customers, vendors and partners.

• Maintain SOPs and documentation; propose and implement process improvements.

• Support basic social media/product listings and promotional posts.

Required skills & experience

• 1–3 years in e‑commerce operations, inventory management or administration.

• Practical experience with Zoho (Books, Inventory, CRM or related modules).

• Working knowledge of Tally Prime.

• Strong understanding of order lifecycle and inventory control.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred (nice to have)

• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or similar.

• Basic digital marketing and social media management experience.

• Familiarity with SEO and online product listing best practices.

• Prior exposure to courier and logistics management.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent).

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
