Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outside Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of field sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, conducting client meetings, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits and effective sales strategies.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Meet prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings when required.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outside/field sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Preferred SkillsStrong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
