Job Description
Pack products according to company packaging standards and customer requirements.
Inspect products for quality before packaging.
Label, barcode, and seal packages accurately.
Ensure correct quantity and product specifications before packing.
Prepare shipments for dispatch and coordinate with the logistics team.
Maintain inventory of packaging materials and report shortages.
Handle products carefully to prevent damage during packaging.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Assist with stock counting, warehouse organization, and other operational tasks as required.
Report damaged, defective, or missing products to the supervisor.
Meet daily packaging and productivity targets.
