Job Title: Telesales Executive – Personal Loan & Overdraft Department:
Location: Noida , sector 2, nearest metro station Sector 15
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary :We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell Personal Loan and Overdraft (OD) products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer queries, explaining loan products, and converting prospects into successful loan applications .
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/data.
Explain Personal Loan and Overdraft products, eligibility, interest rates, and benefits. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.
Follow up with interested customers and ensure application completion.
Generate quality leads and maintain daily calling records.
