Job Description
Job Title: Personal Loan Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Job Summary:
Responsible for generating leads, promoting personal loan products, assisting customers with loan applications, collecting required documents, and ensuring timely loan processing and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and telecalling.
Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers.
Collect and verify required documents.
Follow up on applications until loan disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
Graduate/12th Pass (depending on company requirements).
Good communication and sales skills.
Experience in loan sales, banking, or NBFC preferred.
