Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and responsible Delivery Executives (both male and female) to join our logistics team. The role involves picking up and delivering parcels safely and on time to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers at the scheduled time.
  • Verify recipient information before delivery.
  • Maintain delivery records and update status in the system.
  • Handle parcels with care and ensure safe delivery.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for timely deliveries.
  • Provide good customer service and resolve basic delivery-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female candidates are welcome.
  • Must have a valid driving license (for bike delivery).

Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and navigation apps.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
