Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Business Analyst
The Business Analyst  will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to capture, analyze, and document business requirements for logistics, shipping, and pharmacy-related solutions, supporting sampling, fulfillment, and collection operations.
This role is ideal for a hands-on BA with solid domain experience and strong collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
•    Lead business discovery, process re-engineering, and solution definition across logistics, shipping, and pharmacy sampling operations.
•    Partner with stakeholders in operations, compliance, quality, IT, vendors, and senior leadership to translate business vision into executable requirements.
•    Own and drive end-to-end requirement lifecycle: vision → BRD/FRD → user stories → UAT → post‑go‑live validation.
•    Support and maintain workflows for:
o    Order intake, fulfillment, and distribution (3PL)
o    Shipping, tracking, cold chain, and exception handling
o    Pharmacy sampling, patient kits, returns, and collection processes
•    Ensure compliance with GxP, HIPAA, FDA, DEA, and DSCSA requirements where applicable.
•    Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and operations teams.
•    Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
•    BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree.
•    Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
•    Strong domain expertise in at least one:
o    Third-Party Logistics (3PL) / Shipping
o    Pharmacy operations (sampling, fulfillment, patient kits)
o    Healthcare sample collection or distribution models
•    Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Exposure to life sciences, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare logistics
•    Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, or Lucidchart
•    Understanding of HIPAA, GxP, or healthcare compliance concepts
•    Ability to work with external vendors and logistics partners
•    Certification: ECBA, CCBA, or Agile BA
