Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Full-Stack
In this role, we are looking for a principal consultant with deep expertise in Angular, .NET Core, C#, and SQL. The Principal Consultant will own solution architecture, technology strategy, and delivery governance for large‑scale enterprise programs, partner with clients to shape roadmaps, and lead multiple teams to deliver business‑impacting outcomes. Exposure to Generative AI and Azure AI services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
•    Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using Angular, Node.js, .NET (Core / .NET 6+), and SQL.
•    Build and maintain scalable microservices following clean architecture.
•    Write and optimize complex SQL queries and store procedures.
•    Develop responsive UI using angular 13+ versions.
•    Contribute to proposals, solutioning, and effort estimation when required.
•    Stay current with Microsoft .NET, Angular and Azure cloud services, and emerging technologies, including Generative AI.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
•    BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent degree.
•    10+ Years experience in Full Stack Application Development.
•    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
•    Proven ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design decisions.
•    Strong hands-on experience in implementing reusable components, services, guards, Pipes, Decorators, interceptors, data bindings and state management.
•    Hands on experience in handling complex RxJS streams, operators, multicasting, error handling and memory leak prevention.
•    Ensure secure frontend architecture (XSS, CSRF protection, token handling).
•    Good knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles.
•    Hands on experience in Microservices, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, Message Broker, etc.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Experience designing Microservices and RESTful APIs.
•    Expertise in SQL Server, Entity Framework / EF Core, and data modeling.
•    Good understanding of service-oriented and distributed architectures.
•    Experience with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (ARM / Bicep / Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
•    Strong experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit / NUnit, Jest/Jasmine), code coverage, and code quality tools.
•    Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, Azure AD / Entra ID.
•    Experience with application monitoring and observability (Application Insights, Azure Monitor, logging, tracing).
•    Exposure to Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, AI integration patterns, or Python is a plus.
