Product Development Coordinator

Job Title: Product Development Coordinator (PD Coordinator)-junior

Department: Product Development

Experience: 1–4 years (experience in soft home / toys / textiles preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to manage and execute

day-to-day activities in the product development process. This role ensures smooth coordination

between design, product development, and production teams, with a strong focus on timelines,

accuracy, and execution within the PD room.

Key Responsibilities

● Execute and track the end-to-end sampling process within the PD room

● Coordinate with design, PD Head, and factory teams for sample development

● Ensure accurate interpretation and execution of techpacks and design briefs

● Follow up on fabrics, trims, and materials required for sampling

● Maintain sample timelines and ensure on-time delivery

● Track multiple developments simultaneously and update status regularly

● Maintain organized records of samples, swatches, approvals, and revisions

● Identify and escalate delays or issues in development

● Support PD Head in ensuring product quality, finish, and detailing

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Sampling turnaround time (TAT)

● On-time sample delivery rate

● Accuracy of execution vs techpack/design

● Number of development delays/errors

● Organization and tracking efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

● Basic understanding of product development in soft home / toys / textiles

● Ability to read and follow techpacks and design briefs

● Strong coordination and follow-up skills

● High attention to detail and organization

● Good communication skills (internal team coordination)

● Proficiency in Excel / tracking tools
