Product Management Intern - Telecom

We are looking for a Product Intern to support the Telco (Recharge & Bill Payments) team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and eager to work on real-world product problems in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Assist in improving telecom recharge and bill payment journeys.

Work with product managers to define features and enhancements.

Analyze user behavior, funnels, and drop-offs.

Track key metrics like conversion, retention, and revenue.

Study telecom trends, recharge plans, and competitor offerings.

Identify opportunities for product improvements.

Support marketing campaigns for telco products.

Help optimize user acquisition and engagement initiatives.

Work with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Analytics teams.

Assist in testing features and ensuring smooth rollouts.

2025 graduates or final-year students (Batch of 2026).

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of product management / analytics concepts.

Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or data tools (preferred).

Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Interest in fintech, telecom, or digital payments.

Prior internship/project experience in product, analytics, or growth.

Understanding of user journeys and product funnels.

Hands-on experience working on a live consumer product.

Exposure to telco ecosystem (recharges, billing, plans).
