Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale interior fit-out projects across India. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in the execution and delivery of Club Houses, Sales Galleries, Experience Centres, Hospitality Spaces, and similar premium interior projects.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning to final handover, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, budget adherence, and seamless coordination among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of interior fit-out projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

2. Manage end-to-end execution of Club Houses, Sales Galleries, Experience Centres, Hospitality, and similar premium projects.

3. Conduct project review meetings, site inspections, and stakeholder discussions throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

5. Prepare and monitor project schedules, risk assessments, BOQs, project budgets, and progress reports.

6. Ensure all site activities comply with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.

7. Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, subcontractors, and resource allocation for efficient project delivery.

8. Proactively identify project risks, delays, and technical challenges while implementing effective solutions.

9. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project satisfaction and repeat business.

10. Oversee multiple projects across different locations in India as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or related discipline.

* Minimum 20 years of experience in project management within interior fit-outs, hospitality, commercial infrastructure, or premium turnkey projects.

* Strong expertise in delivering Club Houses, Sales Galleries, Experience Centres, Hospitality Spaces, and similar projects.

* Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

* Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution.

* Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience handling high-end premium interior projects with strict timelines.

* Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.

* Willingness to travel and work on Pan-India project locations.
