Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Planning: Designing and implementing testing methods, sampling plans, and quality control systems to ensure products meet specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyzing production data using SPC (Statistical Process Control) to identify variations and implementing improvements to minimize defects.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigating, troubleshooting, and solving product or process issues by identifying the root cause.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensuring processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO) and conducting internal audits.
- Collaboration: Working with engineering, production, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Documentation: Generating detailed reports on quality initiatives, corrective actions, and inspection findings
