Job Description

Key Skills: Real Estate, Commercial Sales, Residential Sales, Customer Handling, Area Knowledge

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle client inquiries, explain project details, and guide them through the buying process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow up with potential buyers.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and client records.
