Real Estate Sales Executive

*We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to assist clients in buying properties. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, generate leads, conduct property site visits, and close sales while delivering excellent customer service*

*Key Responsibilities*

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, site visits, and marketing activities

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits

• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers

• Maintain and update client database and follow-up regularly

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales support

*Requirements & Skills*

• Proven experience in real estate sales or field sales (preferred)

• *Strong communication*, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• *Self-motivated* with a target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Basic knowledge of property documentation and processes
