Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and building long-term client relationships. You should have a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties.
  • Provide clients with accurate information on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property listings, marketing trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Conduct property viewings and give compelling presentations to potential buyers/tenants.
  • Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company goals and client needs.
  • Prepare necessary documentation such as sales agreements, contracts, and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and property owners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to execute promotional strategies and ensure legal compliance.
