Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with a strong background in commercial property sales. The ideal candidate should have field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and close sales independently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential clients for commercial properties.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate sales records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and deal closure.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Field Sales.
• Experience in selling commercial properties is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Must be comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
