Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with property owners for residential property sales.
- Convince and assist owners in signing an exclusive sales mandate with the company.
- Attend client meetings along with the Directors or senior team members whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal status in the CRM.
- Provide weekly updates to the Directors on lead pipeline, client interactions, and progress.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable speaking with property owners and handling follow-ups.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to travel for client meetings within Delhi NCR.
- Knowledge of residential real estate is NOT mandatory.
