Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (Field Sales & Telecalling)Company OverviewWe are seeking dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team. Candidates with prior experience in real estate sales are preferred. We have multiple openings for both Field Sales Executives and Telecalling Sales Executives.

1. Field Sales Executive (Male) – 2 Positions
- Job Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through site visits, references, and other sales channels.
- Meet prospective clients and provide detailed information about residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct property site visits and accompany clients during property inspections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management regarding customer requirements and project updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new real estate projects.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Field Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must have a valid driving license.
- Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Graduate preferred.
2. Telecalling Sales Executive (Female) – 2 PositionsJob
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified sales leads.
- Explain project details and schedule client meetings or site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM with customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for customer site visits.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly conversion goals.
- Address customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling/Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable handling customer queries over phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Graduate preferred.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience1–3 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
