Job SummaryBellway Realtech is hiring dynamic and confident Real Estate Sales Executives who can handle client interactions, property presentations, site visits, follow-ups, and sales closures. The candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales.
- ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales leads
- Explain project details to clients professionally
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Update customer data in CRM software
- Build strong relationships with clients
- RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Experience in real estate sales preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales process
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
