Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with potential clients through calls, leads, and other sources.
• Understand customers' property requirements and suggest suitable options.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
• Arrange and conduct property/project visits with clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Negotiate and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of deals.
• Requirements6 months–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales / Direct Sales preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
