Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update leads, visits, and closures in CRM regularly
- Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with CRM systems and MS Excel
- Target-driven and customer-focused
