Job SummaryBellway Realtech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, conduct site visits, and close sales for farmhouses, villas, plots, and land projects. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide project information.
• Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
• RequirementsGraduate or Undergraduate can apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
