Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Ram Empire India is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Sector 142, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to residential and/or commercial properties
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property based on their needs and budget
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Knowledge of the Noida real estate market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
