Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Team Leader –
Real Estate Sales to lead and mentor our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of Sales Executives, setting individual and team sales targets, and ensuring consistent achievement of business goals.
The role demands excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.
The candidate must be capable of guiding team members through the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sales service.
A key responsibility will be to monitor performance metrics, provide training, and implement sales strategies to drive team productivity.
The role also involves coordinating with other departments like marketing, CRM, legal, and project teams to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
A proven track record in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to motivate and retain a high-performing team are essential for this role.
