Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a strategic sales mindset, and a proven track record in business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Present products/services effectively to clients and handle negotiations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads regularly
