Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and leading a team of sales executives to maximize business growth in the real estate sector.


Key Responsibilities


Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.


Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.


Generate leads through various channels including site visits, references, and digital platforms.


Handle client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.


Conduct market research and stay updated with real estate trends and competitor activities.


Monitor team performance and provide regular training and coaching.


Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain accurate sales reports in CRM.


Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and project launches.


Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.



Requirements & Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


MBA preferred.


Minimum [3–7] years of experience in real estate sales.


Proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.


Knowledge of residential/commercial real estate market.


Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.


Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
