Job Description



Key Responsibilities


- Generate and convert sales leads for residential and commercial projects.

- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

- Negotiate deals and ensure successful sales closures.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports.

- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams for seamless client service.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.


Eligibility


- 1–6 years of experience in real estate sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Experience in handling residential and/or commercial property sales.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.



Qualification


- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
