We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Generate qualified leads through multiple sales channels.
• Manage client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Track daily sales activities and monitor team performance through CRM.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize campaign performance.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in real estate sales and closing high-value deals.
• CRM software proficiency.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Strong presentation and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the Noida and NCR real estate market is preferred.
• EligibilityBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Experience managing a team of sales executives or team leaders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
