Corporate Sales Trainer (Real Estate)

The Mission
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Trainer to transform our newly hired trainees into real estate closing machines. If you know how to command a room, simplify complex sales cycles, and inspire fresh talent to hit massive targets, we want you to lead our training academy.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard & Mentor: Lead end-to-end training batches for newly hired sales professionals.
Build the Blueprint: Design sharp modules on cold calling, pitch delivery, objection handling, and real estate market trends.
Coaching: Conduct high-impact mock calls, role-plays, and occasional on-field property site guidance.
Track Success: Monitor post-training performance to ensure high conversion rates and team confidence.
Who You Are:
Experienced: 2–4 years of proven track record as a Sales Trainer (Real Estate, BFSI, or Direct Sales preferred).
Powerhouse Communicator: Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and motivational skills.
Result-Driven: Passionate about coaching freshers and turning them into top performers.
