Position: Receptionist Cum Admin
Location: Sector 135, Noida
Industry: Real Estate
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Age Criteria: 25 to 30 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job SummaryWe are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist Cum Admin to manage front desk operations and administrative activities. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle office administration efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office ManagementWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate appointments and conference room bookings.
- Administrative ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day office administration activities.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Manage stationery, pantry, and office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee attendance records and office registers.
- Assist in travel arrangements, courier management, and office logistics.
- Coordination & SupportCoordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and administrative documentation as required.
- Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and proper functioning of facilities.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in Administration or Office Management will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience as Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Admin Executive.
- Experience in Real Estate industry will be preferred.
- Age between 25 to 30 years.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
