Relationship Manager

Job Overview We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Direct Relationship Manager to handle outbound sales and customer engagement. The role involves connecting with existing and new customers to promote and sell a range of banking products, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering a great customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to ETB (Existing to Bank) and NTB (New to Bank) customers
• Promote and sell banking products including:
• Secured Loans (Home Loan, LAP, etc.)
• Unsecured Loans (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
• Credit Cards
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines
• Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills in English (mandatory) and regional language
• Strong passion for sales and target-driven mindset
• Experience in sales of Loans / Credit Cards / Banking products preferred
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
• Basic understanding of banking and financial products
