Relationship Manager-Housing Finance-Sales
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Housing Finance division. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will be a key driver of our sales strategy, working closely with our team to identify and convert leads, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
- Identify and convert leads, generating new business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on housing finance products and services.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, offering innovative solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Attend industry events and network to expand the bank's presence and reputation.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of housing finance products and the Indian real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
- A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach.
