About the role HealTech Pharma is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven individuals to join our US Sales team. The role involves interacting with international B2B clients, understanding their business requirements, converting leads into customers, and building long-term client relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage B2B sales opportunities in the US market.
• Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and outbound calls.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful business deals.
• Negotiate pricing, close sales, and achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Skills RequiredExcellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• EligibilityGraduate or pursuing final year (if available for full-time work).
• Comfortable working a permanent night shift (9 PM–6 AM IST).
• Able to commute daily to Sector 135, Noida.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Performance Incentives: Uncapped (Average ₹10,000–₹15,000/month)
• Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹25,000–₹30,000
