Sales Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for a passionate sales coordinator to join our sales team. The sales coordinator responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, updating our CRM database, and Negotiation with the client and sales order deal closing with the clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• Lead generation, negotiating with clients for orders, order closing.

Sales Coordinator Requirements:

• Any graduate (Btech Mechanical Preference).
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication .
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent mail drafting skills.
