Job Description – Telesales Executive (Personal Loan & Overdraft)Position: Telesales Executive
Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Products: Personal Loan (PL) & Overdraft (OD)
- Key Responsibilities:Contact potential customers through outbound calls and explain Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful loan applications.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Eligibility:Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Personal Loan, Overdraft, Credit Card, Loan Against Property, or Banking Sales will be preferred.
- Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
