Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive who can connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, nurture website development leads, and convert them into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Handle inbound website development leads.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.
- Explain company services and pricing professionally.
- Generate quotations and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain lead records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the project team after successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- RequirementsExcellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead nurturing.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of websites and digital services (training will be provided).
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Preferred QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development is preferred.
