Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential clients over the phone, explain the benefits of opening a Forex Demat/Trading Account, and assist them throughout the account opening process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain Forex trading services and the benefits of opening a Demat/Trading account.
- Guide customers through the account opening and KYC process.
- Follow up with interested clients to ensure successful account activation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly account opening targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or sales system.
- Address customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
