Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote CreditQ’s financial services/products, generate leads, and convert them into customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, field visits, and references
- Explain company products/services to potential customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain follow-ups and build strong customer relationships
- Update sales data and reports regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
Requirements
- Graduate / Undergraduate (with sales experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Preferred Skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure
