Job Description
Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 6 Months –3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to residential and commercial properties.Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms.Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective customers.Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for sales closure.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.Maintain customer database and update daily sales reports.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling and documentation.Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.Presentable personality with a professional attitude.Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.Freshers and experienced both can apply.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM will be an advantage.
