Job Description
Telesales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and explain products/services to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in CRM.
- Follow up with customers to maximize conversions and retention.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
