Job Description
Job Title: Female Sales Executive (Telecalling & Sales)
Company: Dagar Builders
- Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound telecalling to generate and qualify sales leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead status reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for lead management and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation abilities.
Location: Sec- 16B, Noida extension, UP
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on performance.
