Job Description
One of the largest Life Insurance company is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives with experience in loan, banking or insurance sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers
- Sell insurance products and clearly explain policy benefits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide post-sales service and support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing
Skills
- Experience in Insurance Sales (preferred) / Loan / Banking / Fintech
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of financial and insurance products
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
