*Job Title: Sales Head*

Nearest Metro Station: Noida Sector 16
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: Depends on *Current CTC + Attractive Incentives*
Experience Required: 2–10 Years
Education Qualification: Graduate (Minimum)

Strong sales and leadership experience
Basic knowledge of end-to-end sales process
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle sales targets and team management
Client handling and relationship management skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented approach
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Generate new business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Track sales performance and prepare reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
