Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead and manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team for high performance
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and channel partners
• Oversee lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and deal closures
• Set sales targets and track team performance regularly
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation activities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
